18/01/2012 - LENNOXVILLE CURLING CLUB TO HOST PROVINCIAL COMPETITION

The Lennoxville Curling Club is preparing to host some of the top curlers from the province. The Governor Generals Quebec Final will take place on Saturday, January 21, 2012. The event, first played for in 1874, will see a trio of eight-man teams competing to represent Quebec against the Ottawa Valley Curling Association (OVCA) champion in Ottawa.

24/11/2011 - M. Ian Monroe recently passed away

It is with sadness that Curling Quebec learned of the passing away of M. Ian Monroe, a founding member of the Mont-Bruno curling club (1961). For numerous years, M. Monroe was an active member of the board of directors of his club in addition to serving as president of the Canadian Branch of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club in the early 1990’s.
